Customers may pay with cash, card or Zelle. Card payments will include a 3% processing fee. Checks will not be accepted.

Once a mount is completed we will notify you in your preferred method via phone call, text message, and/or e-mail. Customers will receive a total of three notifications, once every 2 weeks. If the customer does not respond to the third notification then after 90 days the animal may be sold, disposed of, or donated and the 50% deposit will not be returned.

While this is uncommon, unfortunate circumstances may occur at the tannery which may result in damage to the cape/hide, so all skins are 100% tanned at hunter’s risk. In addition, it is also very important for the hunter to take proper care of the skin to reduce the chance of slipping (loss of hair) on the animal so it may be properly tanned. Please keep the animal/skin refrigerated soon after it is killed (especially on warmer days) until it is dropped off with the taxidermist or processor of your choice. We are not responsible for damage that may occur to the hides before we receive them from the hunter or after we receive them from the tannery.
